Ever feel like you would like to speak what is in your heart and mind, and just be heard? There are times we can feel like our friends and family give lots of advice, but no one is actually listening. Our Caring Connections Circle is an opportunity to be heard, without advice or judgement.
Janette Jordan (who has a Master of Social Work and is working on her LUT certification) will facilitate this group experience, with support from Rev. Aliza, designed for people to be heard and seen. Each person will be given time to speak without interruptions or comments, while other attendees practice active listening with open hearts.
Many find that this simple process allows for the release of what is no longer needed, and opens us up to receiving a sense of content calm by simply being heard, as well as fosters deeper connections within our community through the experience of sharing our most authentic selves in a safe space.
We invite everyone to share in this powerful experience. Please register below.
