William Shaw

Bill has been connected to Unity Churches since 1971 when he and his wife, Wannee, attended Unity of Honolulu, Hawaii. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii. His work experience consists of 25 years in the information technology in the Perot companies, Electronic Data Systems and Perot Systems. He has lived in Thailand for 20 years including serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in community development and as teacher at the secondary and college level. 

He became a member of Unity Fort Worth in February 2016 and besides serving on the Board assists the garden team and conducts meditation. 

Nancy Cox

Nancy has been a member of Unity Fort Worth for four years. She has volunteered as an usher and greeter and as part of the Unity Singers. Nancy holds a bachelor’s degree in education and served as an officer in the United States Navy. She was previously on the board of the nonprofit organization LENS in Santa Fe, New Mexico, which is part of Insight, a personal growth seminar program. She currently works in management at Mattress Firm.

Adrianne Berry

Adrianne and her husband Eldon have been members at Unity Fort Worth since 1994 and have been involved in numerous aspects of service and leadership over the years. Adrianne is a long-time volunteer and has taught classes, headed committees and teams, led meditation classes, been a member of the Unity Singers choir, and served as a platform chair for many years.

Adrianne is a retired school librarian and English teacher and holds Masters degrees in English and Library Science. Effective communications, through listening, writing, and speaking is the expertise and talent she brings to her position of Board Secretary.

Dr. Yvette Johnson

Yvette has been a member of Unity Fort Worth for over 2 years. Yvette is a neonatologist with Cook Children’s Hospital and the medical Director of the NEST Developmental Follow-up Center, caring for high-risk NICU survivors and helping to ensure that they reach their highest potential, and has served as a physician, educator, researcher, and leader throughout her career. Her goal in serving on the board is to continue to work toward community outreach, growth, and diversity at Unity Fort Worth.

Rodney Huddleston

Rodney has been a member of Unity Fort Worth for 22 years. He is currently serving his third tenure as a member of the board of trustees. Over the years, he and his wife Donna have been active volunteers. Areas of service include small group leadership, hospitality, youth education, and choir. Rodney holds a bachelor’s degree in history and has done graduate studies in interior design, art history, and architecture history. He is currently retired from a long career in residential design.

Judy Kingman

Judy has served on the UFW board for 6 years before. She likes listening to all sides of an issue while keeping the church's best interest in mind. Professionally, Judy is a speech therapist and works with children and teenagers with special needs. Spiritually, Judy is an avid Unity student on her way to become a Licensed Unity Teacher.

Rev. Jean-Marie Schweizer

Rev. Jean-Marie Schweizer is a Unity-ordained minister, Licensed Unity Teacher, and licensed professional counselor (intern). He brings a strong spiritual background in ministry, meditation practices, and metaphysical teachings with him while also having a substantial business background in business consulting, marketing, advertising, and technology in various locations around the world for more than 20 years.

Jean-Marie is well-versed in Christian, Buddhist, and Hindu thought while incorporating other religions in his message. He is passionate about allowing everyone’s spiritual path to unfold as they see fit best for themselves and support them accordingly. He believes that one of the greatest gifts Unity has to offer is to welcome all regardless of their background while providing answers to the many questions most have about their spiritual journey.
