Mandatory Mask Wearing Lifted

Based on the latest CDC recommendations of February 25, 2022 regarding the mask-wearing guidelines for low to medium risk areas, the board of trustees has decided to lift the mandatory mask wearing requirements for any events on the UFW campus effective March 1, 2022.

While the board no longer feels it is necessary to mandate wearing a mask consistent with the CDC recommendations, it still highly recommends mask wearing for one’s own and everyone else’s safety. We will continue to provide the colored wrist bands to indicate your level of contact comfort. And, we will continue to monitor both Tarrant county and CDC guidelines for future developments.
