Rev. Jean-Marie Schweizer

Rev. Jean-Marie Schweizer is a Unity-ordained minister, Licensed Unity Teacher, and licensed professional counselor (intern). He brings a strong spiritual background in ministry, meditation practices, and metaphysical teachings with him while also having a substantial business background in business consulting, marketing, advertising, and technology in various locations around the world for more than 20 years.
Jean-Marie is well-versed in Christian, Buddhist, and Hindu thought while incorporating other religions in his message. He is passionate about allowing everyone’s spiritual path to unfold as they see fit best for themselves and support them accordingly. He believes that one of the greatest gifts Unity has to offer is to welcome all regardless of their background while providing answers to the many questions most have about their spiritual journey.
Larisa Cherkasov
Music Director

Larissa Cherkasov received a Master’s Degree with honors in Piano Performance and Pedagogy from Baku State Conservatory (former USSR). In 1990, Larissa and her family were forced to leave their homeland. She has performed extensively as a soloist and chamber musician, and has appeared as a guest artist in summer festivals throughout the Soviet Union, Europe, U.S. and Canada. Larissa and her husband, Eugene, are founders of the Wedgwood Chamber Music Series, and together have conquered the hearts of audiences worldwide. Larissa is Music Director at Unity Fort Worth, former adjunct professor at TCU, and teaches privately.
Lane Smith

Lane Smith has attended Unity Fort Worth, TX, since 2017 and now serves the community as a full-time staff member, doing website administration, technology development, communication and marketing, and in other technical and administrative capacities, as well as volunteering with the YFM, tech, music, and community engagement teams. Lane enjoys taking SEE courses to deepen her spiritual understanding and practice, when she can squeeze them in around a busy home life, which includes keeping up with her two sons, volunteering with Cub Scouts, and spending time with her family.
Janette Jordan
Youth & Family Ministry Director
Janette has been involved in the Unity movement for 10 years. She has served as a Unity Youth & Family Ministry Director for 7 years. She has a Master of Social Work, with 27 years’ experience counseling adults, families, and children. Janette has extensive experience in education and child development. Janette is currently taking SEE Courses to become a Certified Spiritual Educator (CSE), and a Licensed Unity Teacher (LUT). In her free time, she enjoys playing the cello and piano, spending time with her daughter and son-in-law, and enjoying her two toy poodles.
Rebecca Jeter
Volunteer Coordinator & Accountant

Rebecca Jeter has attended and been increasingly involved with Unity Fort Worth since 2017, including the responsibility of accounting for all the financial transactions. She has over 20 years of experience utilizing her Accounting Degree in many capacities for various types of businesses. She loves serving this community as a volunteer coordinator, accountant, and in her many volunteer roles. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and learning about Unity through SEE classes.
Ben Skinner

Ben Skinner has attended Unity Fort Worth, TX, since 2018. After spending 15 years in Information Technology, he joined the UFW team as the Facilities Manager in 2019. Ben is a native Fort Worthian who graduated from Paschal High School and enjoys disc golf and playing the guitar.
