Renew yourself Tuesday in the perfect evening meditation. The first two stages of shaking and dancing free repressed and blocked energy, allowing the dancer to be transformed. The last two stages enable all this energy to flow vertically, to move upwards into silence. Before the silence we will also practice a breathing technique to take us into that silence
