World Day of Prayer

Join us for an evening of contemplative prayer and music on the International World Day of Prayer. Seventeen years ago, Unity created World Day of Prayer—held the second Thursday in September—as a global effort to uplift ourselves, our loved ones, our world in a shared prayer consciousness. Since that time, more than 15 million people have received prayer support through this sacred initiative.

• 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm - Silence and preparation for prayer
• 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm - Dedication and contemplative prayer time
• 8:00 pm - 8:30 pm - Dances of Universal Peace - led by Youth of Unity
  
  

Annual General Meeting

Join together to review the past year, approve the 2010-11 budget, vote on new board members, and hear about our new initiatives.

Our board nominees are John Libby, Sheree Moltzan, Thelene Scarborough and John Sullivan. They will speak to the congregation on September 5th and 12th.

We will vote on four new board members to take the place of John Libby, Jim Anderson, Sheree Moltzan and Janine Thomas who have reached the end of their current three year board term.
